Knyghtfalcon I do not judge people only based on their age, but their age generally gives me an good indicator for the other skills I am looking for. By all means I don't believe that there aren't any mature, skilled and dedicated younger people out there, but I also believe that it is harder to decide about a younger persons in the course of only a short interview. Additionally I have several younger brothers myself, which are in the age group I'm "discriminating" here, their attitude switches from being totally balanced and calm to going absolutely crazy in seconds, so that I think I have at least some idea of what I am talking about.
Also I would like to ask for anyone who wants to discuss this any further to post a new thread in the general discussion section and link it to this thread.
