backstory: Seth Kessner, was an airforce pilot betrayed by his comrades and sent to his death in the arctic. while their he was caught in a storm that imbued him with its power. Then it sent him crashing back down to earth where he was studied by scientists who wanted to learn of his power. Once he regained full health, and learned of his powers, he broke out of the Lab and vowed his revenge on those who had sent him to his death. Even if they were perceived as good.
appearance: Frostbite is usually in an exoskeleton of Ice and when he is not he wears Black jeans, a trenchcoat and aviator goggles. His hair is ice-white and so are his eyes.
