I use hosthorde and they are sketchy. I'm most likely going to be changing server hosts in the next month or two. I'm just going to give you an example or two of how bad their service is.
Scenario 1: My server kept crashing and going offline, for about an hour at a time, each time with the same error message "Can't connect to minecraft bridge". I contacted customer support (who i will mention is always the same person) and he gave me a BS answer like "I'm sorry for the downtime, the server appears to be online now though." I tell him that this is the third time it has happened and he said "The problem seems to have fixed itself, so no reason to worry." Next day the same error crashes the server.
Honestly I would get away from hosthorde before your server gets to big, start fresh. Oh and let me mention when you get 20+ people, no matter what plan you have with hosthorde the server WILL lag.
