Experience: As I previously stated, I've been staff on two different servers. I know how to act in times of trouble/need, and on the server I'm co-owner on, we have a re-occurring problem I deal with calmly.
Why You and Not The Guy Above You: First off, I take my job/s very seriously, as I've dealt with problems without getting mad. I'm also very mature, but don't mind a little troll or joke here and there. Tom may have been staff on fifteen different servers, but has he ever had to build a spawn or something like that? He doesn't state it. I would use skype, only typing chat though.
