What experience do you have?: I have owned many various Minecraft servers, been Moderator on some, and have owned a guild with 400+ members on a different game. I'm very professional and good at management.

There are reports of a player hacking and modding, what do you do?: I don't jump to conclusions. I see if there is proof, and I temporary ban them. If they don't improve, I perm-ban.
Two players are fighting and creating a lot of attention in chat, what do you do?: I don't jump to conclusions. I see both sides of the story, and moderate the outcome. I take action accordingly.
A player is being mean towards a staff member, how do you handle it? Disrespect toward staff is not tolerable. I give them a warning and go from there.
How would you handle it if a staff member was being mean towards a player?: I would report it to higher authority within the staff.
