first of all, this isnt the correct place to post this, but to asnwer your question, they probably are using plugins, which isnt mods.

How active can I be: Other than the obvious need to eat sleep and other games, probably up to 5-6 hours a day.

Why I would like to join: wanted to play a 1.14 multiplayer server so I can play with others and experience it with other ppl.

Are you responsible:Yes, i can be a bit immature at times due to slight autism, but I follow all the rules and dont like to pvp, drama, or grief.
