Plenty of people say upload, but you also have to be frequent and/or consistant. I posted something I'm really proud of (please check it out), but I never followed up on it so it doesn't really have any real weight.

what I've done is to make segments (turret segment, wall segment, entrance segment), then use a program (I LOVE MCEdit) to plug them together.

I cant help but notice that you just joined PMC. I'm gonna give a shot of advice,

take is slow.

go piece by piece. for every thing you build, look back onto it and think about if you really like it or not. Keep building until it has IT. "It" can be whatever lines up to your idea of what you imagined. You have imagined something great, but huge. if you start small (this applies anywhere) and build yourself up, your experience will be much more fulfilling. I've done this and it has served me well.

I was afraid you'd say something with the word "WWII" in it. If only there was a mod or something to make it present day.

Not really what I'm looking for, but very clever.

Being Completely honest, it needs to be personal

heres an idea


find a keyboard and throw together three or four notes. find out the chord notation for it, for example- C Major

now warp it


cee major

cmaj

cmag

cmagio

something along these guidelines.

ahh, braid, i got stuck on the demo

and for an indie game? although pretty popular (probably not that indie) FTL is a game that still feels very indie-like, and is tons of fun.
