What you can do for the server: I can develop and debug html, and have knowledge in internet protocols (TCP, UDP, RTSP). I'm okay in SQL, but there's always time to learn.

Not in vanilla minecraft, w/ bukkit you could probably configure something with Prism with a small script to do this

Koki, if it helps, i'm 13 and i can build a computer, quite simply all you do is screw in stuff and connect wires. It may seem intimidating, but it truly isn't.
