Well I found it... Two ways in fact. For future reference:
A) At your profile page, there's a button 'my content', if you press that you go to a content overview and can click 'edit' on the right
B) When you've opened the page of a content item, there's an 'edit page' button hovering at the top of the picture for that subscribtion
