This made me laugh so hard. Firstly, you must be sad if you think that many 25+ play Minecraft. Also, why must they be in the UK? Racist much? Also, I think a 25 year old wouldn't take you seriously if you act like they can't afford £7.

Do you know the plugins required in a mini games server: Some of them.
What would you do if someone griefed or broke the rules: I would first warn them. If they do it again, ban them for a day, if they do it again, PERM BAN.
Are you able to set a good example for other staff and players: Of course.
What times can you be on: 6+ hours a day

Experience?: I have been Head Admin once, an Admin twice, a Mod once and a builder once.
Why should i pick you?: I am mature,friendly, trustworthy and fun to be around. However, when the time comes, I take things seriously and judge fairly. Also, you seem to be the only server who doesn't recruit people by asking their name and timezone, so Kudos to you for that.
How much can you go on? 6+ hours a day!
