NO. i like 1.7.3 for the following reasons:
- terrain generation
- no hunger
- lighting
those three things should not have been changed. instead of changing the whole lighting engine notch should have just made torches emit orange-ish light (the old engine used direct colors).
another thing, which i think im going to tweet to jeb in a second, is:
when people ask for colored lighting and you say "no, our lighting engine doesnt support it!" why dont you get a NEW lighting engine that wont limit/restrict you?
