Would you consider yourself to be a people person : Yes, 100%. All my life I have been a great speaker, by representing myself in a positive way, and communicating with people in the best way possible.
How can you help resolve community issues ? : I have four years of experience when it comes to managing servers. I know how to deal with all matters as I have experienced it all myself as an owner. If I saw a problem in the community, the first thing I would do as a community manager, would be contacting the owner(s) of the server. The reason for that would be asking if this is really a problem, if so what they would want me to do with it, and how I can make that happen never again. I would want to get in contact with a owner before issuing the problem and trying to fix it on my own, for the simple reason that it is not my server, and at the end of the day, as community manager, I am not the owner and do not make my own decisions, unless I am given the permissions to do so.
Are you good at communicating with people ? : Yes, with my experience comes lots of times to show how good your are at certain things. Communicating with people is one of them. I understand that every person that you get on your server is a customer, therefore you show them complete respect, and be as helpful as you can be.
Why do you want this role : I want this role because I love interacting with and meeting great people. It is the most rewarding thing in the world when you are working for someone/something that you love doing and are extremely passionate about, but what makes it even better is when everyone around are positive and overall great people to be around.
What does this role mean to you ?: This role truly means a lot. I love being a part communities that are brand new, and watching them grow overtime. That is another very rewarding thing by being part of a community.
What can you do to make the server a better place ? : I can do a lot to make the server a better place. With my experience I learned a lot. I know the best places in the world to advertise your server that you will be the best response at the fastest time, I know how to code websites, and a lot more.
How many hours can you spend on the server a day ? : I will be about spend 3-4 hours daily on the server.
And thing else ? : I recently sold my server for a five figure sum. It was an extremely big server with an average of 1000-1200 people on it daily. It generated tons of revenue and it only took me one year to get where I wanted to be with my server. I have some of the biggest contacts/connections that your can get. I have the contact information of some of the top minecraft developers in the world that currently work for the number one minecraft server in the world. I have contacts to some of the best advertising directors in the community that will help the community grow and a very fast pace. Overall I think I am a great fit for this position on your server simply because of the four years that I have of experience.
