Why should you recruit me,?
i believe i hold the necessary satisfaction to players in need of any particular assistance. I am a person who shares a natural obligation and heavy dedication to those in need of a correct moderation. I will be there to help them with confusion/questions for hours worth of time as i am a patient person. I am a good problem solver and I have an analytical brain. These traits make me a unique and solid worker. keeping a cheerful attitude on job and being friendly to players makes more people want to come back to the server, and this is what my personality holds. I am going to be patient with the server i decide to work for as some can employ people for the wrong reasons who then often end up abusing their power and getting banned and creating chaos for everyone else to clean up, the only reason i have ever been put out of my position in the server failing to provide the correct amount of players to keep it running.
I believe I do everything with the best of my ability. My effort is genuine and I am a very reasonable person. I treat people with respect and I take stands based on facts and evidence, not because they are my friends or I know them. I am also a very neat and organized person and the results definitely pay off
My experience also plays a huge role in how i work, my general knowledge of the game stretches far beyond most players and this is not just base game, plugins and file management all come together under this.
What experience do you have?
I have been playing minecraft for four years to this day, since this time my knowledge has adapted on a huge scale, from being the newbie on day one to having development knowledge with plugins and file management skills. I also have a huge skill asset in using commands in the game itself and also good experience with redstone.
My personal preference
For my personal preference i am willing to be patient however I would like a server owner with a small but skilled staff team, not one who just employs anyone who asks. A strict owner with a set of rules he/she is not afraid to set upon other players without letting opinions drag his/her vision down. I would like a strict/fun person who is easy to get along with yet knows how to enforce when needed
