I find this question quite hard to answer. I usually have a professional manner, and don't like to have to take part in very player related activities, such as drop parties, so in that aspect I rank quite highly. However, there are times where I decide to have fun and be friendly, and I can easily switch between the two depending on the situation at hand.
5) Plugin Work (specifics past work)
I really cannot describe how much time and effort I have spent working with yml and Java. This can be seen both in my server, which I run with 4 other admins, and in the mods I write for forge. The server's (Tavroz) plugins are entirely set up by me. I can easily work with Essentials, GroupManager, Factions, PlayerHeads, and Buycraft; the list is endless. It took over a month to set up, and currently has over 40 plugins: All of which are configured and installed by me. (I even did the website)
As for the mods I write, they are currently not out for 1.7 but do work with 1.6. This is because decompiling is currently broken, so there is no way of accessing the minecraft source files. (Mods: Paintbrush mod, and Sword Mod+)
