Why do you wish to join our Administration Team? - the server on which I was recently Admin went down, and so I have been looking for a server to be Admin on. Also your network seems cool and i'd love to help out.
What experience do you have with dealing with troublesome players? Give examples, and tell me what you did to correct the situation. - I caught a kid X-raying once and, as per guidelines, gave him a warning first and tempbanned him for 1 hour. 2 hours later, I caught the same kid using Forcefield and Autosoup on PvP, and perma-banned him as per guidelines. Also I once caught a kid using a hack which I don't know the name of to get into the staff-only area, and was ordered to perma-ban him immediately.

Why should we choose you? Please be honest, and detailed in your response, any short answers or responses will be rejected. - Though i may seem a bit young at 15, I have been commended in many aspects of life for my maturity and professionalism. I also strive to be respectful and courteous to any and all players who I must help on the server. Also, in situations where I am to oversee/work on positive/constructive projects on the server, I am patient and will never do something fast just to get it done. Finally, I never abuse my powers, as I see such actions as immoral, and I only take disciplinary action on players once i have proof of their offense, or at least once it is beyond reasonable doubt that they have committed the action they are accused of.
