  Oh yeah didn't mention this but a while ago my brain decided to make me have a crush on sumone.... I have literally never had one before I thought books were exaggerating wtf is life, I thought it might go away after a few weeks bc like isn't that how crushes work? but it not so isndnskksnsjsnsjdjejjejejdnbsjsjdhfjejekeikeiie It's been like well over a month too, why tf is this still so confusing, like there plenty of resons but idk I thought I'd have shit figured out by now 😭😭😭 (I loves him so much tho, crush is confusing af but like.... not a bad thing)

  Writing rn actually. Working on book..... for like the past few months and I have maybe like 3k words..... there is a reason I do short stories normally. Like REALLY proud of it but still.

  Hey great idea I had. Wut if you took liminal spaces like the backrooms, and combined it with biopunk like from Scorn, and lovecraftian horror like "At the mountains of madness", and ofc body horror like from "I have no mouth and I must scream" bc y'know, biopunk.
  
  
  
  So ummmm slight content warning for this idea ig bc sum people don't like body horror
  
  
  
  So basically infinite liminal space with various biomes or areas all made out of living flesh, with horrifyning twisted creatures living within the space and even in the flesh itself. And unfathomably powerful grotesque lovecraftian creatures made up of human bodies, twisted and melded and deformed into a new shape. And all tech of any type is alive, and if it has a mouth or vocal chords it quietly whispers "heeeellpppp" and similar stuff when said the organ is not in use.

  Yup! Also, not all areas will obviously be flesh. There will be plenty of normal liminal space areas, however, if you look closely you'll realize even surfaces that appear to be artificial are organic, and flesh and muscle lies beneath. So for example a tiled wall would, upon closer inspection, be made up of a shell-like material, and breaking it would reveal tissue behind it. A massive, incomprehensively-large, living structure.

  I like this. It just fits with the body-horror subgenre, while also leaning into the sympathy garnered for it rather than just the innate fear of mutilation or change. This sounds like it would easily work well as a story.

Thinking about the ramifications of death and therefore either eternal nonexistance, or eternal existance, kept me up for months when I was like 3-4, this specific thoughts are less terrifying more just "wtf is even life idk anymore", but YAYYYYYYYYYYY I LOVE RANDOM THOUGHTS KEEPING ME UP
