Yeah, I could host it for you, I actually sometimes host my own server too!
But, it may not always be 24/7 due to random factors.

If you saw to players fighting and swearing at each other what would you do? I would first, warn them to stop, if they continue, I would either attempt to resolve the situation or kick one of the responsible parties.
Explain what Bukkit is in a good amount of detail: Bukkit is a Minecraft server client that can be favoured to use instead of the normal Minecraft client due to the ability to add plugins.
Name a good rule about being a Moderator: Do not abuse your powers.

Penguins. They only spawn in Taiga biomes and they drop black feathers.
Black feathers can be used to make flaming arrows with a black feather in the bottom left corner, a stick in the middle then coal in the top right.
