What Are You Good At (Plugins, Building etc.. DO NOT SAY HELPING.): Chat-Moderation, Dealing with Hackers, Graphic Design ( Banners,posters,website headings, etc) and dealing with younger kids.
How Do You Deal With Troublemakers: Depends what they were doing. With most situations I would give them a warning and what they did wrong. If they pursued in their wrong behavior, I would then teleport he/she and me to a quiet location where I can talk to them on a personal level of their behavior. If it still insisted, then sadly I would have to issue to temp ban/jail/kick/gag depending what I warned them of in the past of his/her behavior;However, things like hacking is a instant ban.
Why Should You Be An Admin (Atleast 100 Words): I am very mature for my age, but that goes without showing that I do like to have fun. Like another applicant said, I won't just sit around enforcing my job. I will communicate among the player base, and help them to get know each other as well as having fun. I wan't them to know me as another player who enjoys having fun, and not as haughty admin, but at the same someone who enforces the rules. This may be only my view on admins, but I feel like for an admin to really do his job, he needs get personally involved with the players, and not sit in the corner spamming commands.
