Reason for applying: I am moderator and OP on a server but the owner hasn't really got it up and running and he wont allow me to take charge so I am looking for another server to help out on. I have a LOT of experience with being staff and I know how to efficiently use a lot of plugins. Plugins i'm good with: CoreProtect, Essentials, Group Manager, Factions, Towny, World Edit, NoCheat ect...
What makes you candidate material: I am very mature and have probably more experience than most people. Also, I am quite mature for my age and I really want to help people enjoy their time playing minecraft.
Have you had a position on a previous server: Yes I have. I have been almost every rank there is. I have even been Co-Owner and OP but I have never actually had full control of a server. Ranks I have been: Builder, Moderator, Head-Moderator, Admin, Head-Admin, Co-Owner, and OP.
If yes, then explain why you are no longer participating on that server: Some servers had poor owners after I got to know them better. The server that I was Co-Owner on had some lag issues. The owner was buying from a host and he had a small amount of RAM dedicated to the server. After a while it was too much work to try to get lots of players on a 1 GB of RAM server so I quit the server.
