Why should we pick you over the next guy?
Hmm this is a tough one, I am mature laid back guy an i am also easy to talk to. It's easy for me to get along with anybody and listen to what they have to say as long as they are willing to hear what i have to say. I have a lot of experience dealing with people trying to ruin servers by griefing and spamming the server and overall just ruining the player-base and with that experience I've learned to catch those things beforehand and i'm able to prevent them from happening.

I am currently an admin on a different faction server that hasn't been started yet, and was a chat-mod on a server that had closed a few months back

If you see someone raiding a base, what do you do?
sit back and watch as it's allowed on your server!
What about griefing?
Griefing is also allowed on your server!
How should you try to gather evidence for punishing someone?
screenshot and show someone who can punish the abuser
If someone uses caps, spam, or advertises, what should you do?
warn them and if they continue they will have to be muted for a short time the muted fully.

Can you punish someone based on your own set of rules?
No you must abide by the rules applied by the owner of the server
Can you punish someone because you dislike them?
No, doing this makes it unfair to that player and you should be punished yourself for doing so.
If someone commits a large offense that you don't have power to punish, what do you do?
You tell and admin or an owner right away to they can deal with the problem accordingly
Can you use powers for your own personal gain?
NO as its not fair to other players and doing so you ruin the game for players and give the staff on the server a bad reputation.
