Datapack?! Or are you just talking about the file(s) that I import into Minecraft from the new world menu?

I'm basically just asking what the custom JSON equivalent to changing "Generate structures" to "Off" in the new world menu is. Are you still sure I have to overwrite all of the structures to nothing? Will that menu setting still work even if I import the custom JSONs or are any of the settings I set in that GUI menu overwritten by the custom JSONs?
