install mcmmo plugin with armor abilities plugin for skills so people wont get bored..and then do CompassEX and dont allow teleporting the compass plugin allows users to set locations on their compass AND track other players if they aren't hidden..

because i used to run a sever with an underwater city and a cloud city and i've been currently working on a giant tree villge but i'd love to help because i can multitask very well

i'll help..i used to run a server about 2 years ago with huge underwater cities and sky cities but i left and now im still getting used to the new minecraft but i know how to use worldedit..if i help you with things can you also help me with things on my server..we can have two at the same time..
