Help/JavaEdition Fix: Can't login to minecraft?

I have tried minecraft.net, mojang and even the launcher I am trying to use and it just will not go. I've changed my password, checked my computer time and date. Everything. It's driving me nuts. I got a friend at my house wanting me to play with him while he is here but I can't get on.

Actually in 1.8 that doesn't seem to work anymore, but this does:
/summon Villager ~ ~ ~ {Attributes:[{Name:generic.maxHealth,Base:99999}]}

I don't have cheats on. Is there any way I can change that?

Soooooooooooooooooo completely unrelated but would anyone happen to know how to keep my freaking animals in the gate???? They keep getting out! It's two fences high and it is plenty of space but they are getting free. ((I didn't want to post another topic and be annoying. I just got back into minecraft like a week ago.))

I can't remember exactly where it was. I just googled cheat codes and it was whatever had came up

Isn't gamemade 2 survival??? The web page I saw said gamemode 1 is creative gamemode 2 is survival and gamemode 3 is adventure.

I'm not banned from anything just don't like the name. He only played it like 6 times and I have only been online once and didn't really like the server.
