Maybe not a level, but maybe the level decides how many characters you can have, at a max at 15-25? So that if you are say, a "New Miner" and you wanted a custom 'class', you would be stuck with 1-2 characters max. Like

I dont care what is in 1.5, except that they need a major performance update. Again. Even sound can lag you to 5- FPS.

Sorry to sound 'greedy' but how long does a skin usually take? Just so we can gauge how long it will be before we have to stop stalking the thread. Because even I feel I have to ask "How long". How long will it be?
