What would you do if a team member was ruining everyone else's work except his / her own?: I would Contact them, Ask them why they were doing what they were doing, and if its not bad, I would say this is Your First and Last Warning. If it was bad, I would kick them from the team.
How would you react if a team member began acting as if he were superior to everyone else?: I would contact them, and tell them to cut the stuff..
Another Team Manager is abusing their power. What do you do?: I contact the Team Owner, I tell the Owner what they are doing.
Will you abuse your power?: No. Never have never will.
