Why I want this position: I ran my own server for 2-3 years as owner. I've dealt with permissions, plugins, and know how it all works. My server is currently being reconstructed. If you would like to see it sometime let me know. I'm very mature and do not play around. I have excellent staff abilities. I would love to help with your permissions systems as I know they can be a pain.
