Previous Experience: I have owned 1 server, average 400 players a day, I have been Head-Admin and Admin before. I have been chosen for those positions by the Owner. I have had a lot of issues, threats, all that stuff, you know, Staff members get a lot of threats. I have also been a Recruiter lots of times because I am honest, and I can tell about if someone is lying in their application, or not, I always have the guts to say yes or no, and I always judge on their skills and characteristics (personality).
Your Talents: My talent is being able not to curse, and taking things seriously. I haven't cursed before since I am Christian, and I don't get mad as easily as most people do because I am calm tempered and I get along with a lot of people.
Do you fit your requirements, If not, Why? I hope I fit my requirements, because I am always well organised, and keep up with everything. I always am ready if there is a problem, or there is some rule breaking/major.
Maturity On a scale 1-10, Explain why it is at this number For me, I think I would be a 9 because although I like to be mature, and take my actions seriously, but I sometimes like to have some fun with other players, and have a little laugh and jokes and that, but when it comes to seriousness, I am serious and I get my mature face on, not literally.
Why should we pick you? This may be long, but I am going to cut it down a little.
I think you should pick me because I am a good, mature, fun person, I have been playing Minecraft for a while now, not getting any bans, or mutes on any server, so I have never hacked, or spammed in the chat before. I also know a little about the plugins, and the console so I could be able to do a little work on that, but I am not brilliant, so I won't really be a good choice for that. I only had a fit/flipped out when I was younger and not long started playing Minecraft, but after that, I sunk into the rules and was able to get no mutes or bans. I learn quite quickly, and I don't have many difficulties, I believe I am a good grammar person, and a good speller, and a good reader.

I work hard a lot, if I do get chosen, I won't abuse, I will put all my time and energy into working on this server, so hopefully it will become great.
