Are you referring to the type of server (Factions PvP, Hardcore, Creative, Etc) or some themes that are displayed by certain servers (Types of buildings, RPG themes, etc)?

This is a very easy to use server. I run a mid-sized server using this host and I am very happy with it. It has easy to use ftp, bukkit plugin installer, and easy op and ban management.
