Joe is a very entertaining businessman. His last name is Chin. He advertises his Flex Seal NOW! family of products to the world by telling the viewers that they remind him of his grandfather for some reason. He also has a lot of sympathy over everyone he meets, even if they are his friends, friends like PaRappa and Lammy for example.

Whatever you want it to be, that will be your own meaning of life. Mine for instance is to get into the entertainment industry. Maybe get into animating cartoons or making sitcoms or making song albums something like that.
