I have been playing Minecraft for a long time now. The earliest I can remember playing Minecraft is about four years ago. Most of the memorable Minecraft experiences I can remember include Drop Parties. However, there is one experience I can remember. It was the first prison server I had ever been on. It wasn't an OP Prison server, just a nice laid-back server. It was small, had a player base of about 15 per day. I worked so hard to get through all the ranks. I had finally got all the money I needed to rank up to free. I typed the command /rankup, but I hesitated. I have no idea why, but I thought about what would happen if I never did type /rankup. If I just pressed escape, how different the world would be. Then, I pressed Enter. The message came "Bubbyfong has ranked up to Free!" All the staff congratulated me. I was so happy that day.

I have been a staff member on some Minecraft Servers before. I have been Guard twice, lasting a total of eight months. I have been the rank of helper once, lasting three months. I have held a head-guard position for 4 months. And finally, I have been the rank of Moderator, promoted Sr. Moderator, once, lasting a total of eight months. I am currently not a staff member on any other Server.
How often do you play on the server? How much time would you be willing to put in as a helper? How much time have you spent on the server?
I usually dedicate around four hours a day to the server on Weekdays, due to schooling, and at least seven hours a day on weekends.
How can you contribute to the server? Also, what makes you a better choice for helper than someone else?
I am able to contribute to the server by helping out the players that moderators don't have time to deal with. For example, helping out the players with small issues, like not knowing a command, which will not distract higher ranking staff members from their more important duties on the server. What makes me a better choice than someone else is that I already help out the server without the helper rank. However, I have reached my maximum ability to help players without any extra tools to help me. What also makes me a better choice as a staff member are my abilities and skills that I have to deal with situations that may come up during my job shift as Helper. For example, I have a high patience level for dealing with those players that tend to get on the nerves of other people that may potentially be Staff Members.
How would you deal with a player disrespecting you or another member of staff in public chat?
If a member of the public was seriously disrespecting myself and/or another staff member in global chat, I would first give the player a verbal warning and notify the player that there is a rule that states you must "Respect staff at all times." If the player would then continue to disrespect myself and/or another staff member, I would then mute the player for 30 mins. If the player would continue after the temporary mute has been served, I would then ask a higher ranking staff member what his and/or her opinion would be for the situation at hand.
