Best recommendation I can give you is Sildur's Lite. Or Complementary, Running shaders on that style of laptop probably won't work well sadly. Even tho it is a lite it still puts a lot of strain on the system. I would check with your system and see how much ram it needs to operate the computer and dedicate as much ram as possible to Minecraft. Optifine is a must with shaders tho or Iris! hope this helps.
Just now seeing this, Like John said adjust your settings, even minecraft video settings. Even lite still puts a load on a PC lol. Do you have a way of possibly overclocking your GPU? probably not but it's a long shot worth a try. If not then might be at a loss my friend. I would just try to run ever video and shader option on low, even disabling some of the shader options would help.
I used to play minecraft on a gateway laptop with 4GB of ram and I could run shaders, you should be fine! Dedicate 4GB i'm guessing that should give you enough and not bog down other porgrams. I almost forgot to give you the link to the shaders lol.
Sildur's shaders is your best bet. He's one of the first and one of the best in my opinion. He offers multiple options to pick from you would probably be okay running the Medium pack with some slight game setting changes. If not then Lite is your best bet. How much RAM do you have?
