if some 1 is using Fly hack what do you do?:I would kick them as a warning, with a message saying that all hacking must be stopped, if he/she persists, i will strike the mighty banhammer
if some 1 is using X-ray mod what do you do?; same thing as above, but two chances.

Have you ever had any experience as a mod/admin on a server? Yep, I've been admin 12 times but the servers were... a little dull so I went on.
Why can I trust you not to abuse your rights e.g. Permissions? Because I KNOW that if I DO I'll get banned
If a player is disobeying the rules what would you do? I'd either warn him or notify the other mods/admins or If it's too late or the grief/ignorance is too hard to fix then I'd jail him/her or ban him/her or kick him/her or temp ban in HORRIBLE cases: IP Ban.
What will you bring to the server? I like great server and I've been looking for an Admin position. BUT DON'T GET ME WRONG although I DO like ranks my main Admin purpose is TO HELP OTHER PLAYERS I am always happy to help - and it doesn't matter who (except bad people and griefers ect.) the players or the server.
If a normal player asked for items what would you do? I'd say to him/her that it is against the rules and he/she HAS to gather the items/resources on his/her own. (OR in TaNtRuM oF DeAtH cases jail him/her)
