try some of these, very easy to use controll panels, just not sure which ones will let your admins to get on, i recommend using R-CON (server.proporties->enable-rcon=true, Restart server open up server.proporties find the Rcon Port and give that to your admins, they will need to download an application for RCON there is a lot on mobile devices, just search up "minecraft RCON" they should show right up, Make sure the R-CON port is port-forwarded just in case i'm not sure if it needs to be but just make sure it is just in case

Maturity Level (0 Being lowest 10 Highest) eh, ill be honest 8.5-9 if im goofing off its an 8.5 but im never that bad
