I will explain the context, when I created this world the sun would rise on the right of my fort and set on its left, now it is rising where it used to be the north and setting where it was the south.

I want to change it to the old way, because I got used to it.

Speaking of RAM, I can allocate up to 6 GB just for minecraft, another 2 for the system, and I put it in high priority.

And if I close all tjhe programs, set high priority on the java process and alocate more memory to minecraft, this will improve my render distance?

So, is the CPU that is used to render the distance?

I live in the interior of the southernmost state of Brazil, my city has 3000 inhabitants, and there is absolutely no one here who uses something from AMD, so if my computer has problems I will not be able to get support.

That's why I only use NVIDIA and Intel
