Ahah, yeah most of my banners have Korean, one has Japanese, and another has Chinese, but for the most part, Seoul has so many bright pictures like the one in my main banner- I just love the aesthetic in the pictures so much

Yeah, I've been learning hiragana and katakana so far, and I haven't even touched any kanji just yet, which will be quite the challenge once I do get there lol

Ohhhh okayokay- When I learned the little bit of Korean I was learning it in Hangul but then my friend would speak to me in Romanized Korean so it got super confusing- I can imagine learning two alphabets would take more time though since it would definitely keep you in one place longer

No worries about that, I'm curious but I also enjoy trying to logic it out lol

To be fair, I'm still in the "learning the characters" phase of learning Japanese, I've learned the basic characters and dakuon but now I'm learning the other sounds that can be made, and I'm doing it with two alphabets so it takes time lol

I've also noticed Duolingo tends to teach languages in a very interesting way- BUT I MEAN if it helps someone remember what they've learned then it works?!
