dude u ban his ip he can just use a proxy and a new name with weep craft so what u do is see what client he has the n get this new plugin my friend mad to block some hacks like nodus and weep craft and so on if that does not work then find out how he is doing it maybe a stressed or a spammer or a tnt bomb or sand lag trap then get a plugin to stop that and get ptweaks no mater what
