Hello, my name is Cicero, or John depending on how well you know me. My IGN is C1cer0, and I have been playing minecraft for three years now, and have been programming for about a year. I do not consider myself an expert yet, but I do feel that I would be able to help you quite a bit. I have lots of experience in staffing, thought not as much in creating plugins, but I am taking courses so I learn more every day. I am also 16 years old, which I can see that you don't approve of in your descriptions, but I please ask that you keep me in mind while reading this, and try to look past my faults. 5. How much time can you dedicate to writing?: I will likely be writing all throughout my day, as well as having a couple hours dedicated to just writing/thinking of new ideas/
6. What can you do to help us?: I can think of new, creative quests for the players to enjoy. I will make stories that will truly and fully engage the player into not only the gameplay, but the rich, full world that is built around them. I also have some extensive knowledge in Java, so if you ever need custom plugins made I can do that as well.
7. Tell us about your experience: For the past couple of years, I have always written short stories, mostly about midevil times. I have always wanted to take my creativity to something greater, and I believe this is my chance.
8. Examples of work: I don't really have any examples, most of my work is jotted down in journals, I have never really done anything formal.

What position are you applying for?: Plugin developer/quest developer
How has your day been?: Not too great until I found this server.
What is your experience with citizens plugin(If applying for quest team)?: Not a huge amount, but I feel if I were to look at the code some / spend some time tinkering with it, I would master the plugin fairly quickly
How long have you been building(If applying for build team)?
How often can you get on and help out?: If given the quest team role, I would be online for 2-4 hours daily, unless something pops up unexpectedly in my day/ If givenmy preferred role of plugin developer, I would be working on projects given to me various times throughout the day, to make sure they are complete and polished by due date set by my superiors!
What makes you unique and a good addition to our build team?

Have you ever seen the show Log Horizon?: Not yet, but I have been planning on seeing it for a long time now, and definitely will before I begin work on any jobs given to me that relate to it heavily.
Any other info you think we should know?: Not particularly, just that I really want this job, and I feel that I would be a great addition to your team! Any programming job you need done, if its possible, I can do it!
