Calm_Hawk:xOfficiallyPolarFluidBefore when Markus Persson ( Creator of Minecraft / Mojang ) new items and blocks would come out not very often. This says that he took more time thinking and creating the things to improve the game.
Now jeb_ has control of the game and is the new owner. New items and blocks have been coming out very often, on average every couple days to 1-2 weeks. This of course means that he is not putting a lot of thought into the game.
jeb_ has now added rabbits! I mean come on, Minecraft did not need this. As in the latest snapshot, he added different types of doors. It has sort of messed up how Minecraft is, Minecraft is a simple game. It should not have different types of doors and rabbits! jeb_ has added many more thing that were unnecessary to add to the game.
Basically what I am trying to say / ask, do you think since jeb_ has been in control the game Minecraft has got worse? What do you think made it worse?
yes I believe it has I mean he has, I'm going to make a forum post when minecraft 1.8 comes out and call it "yay the most useless update every came out !!!"because all it adds are bunch of unnecessary things, I mean, they're not even like tall grass or anything that adds scenery. And the uderly useless killer rabbit thing ,it's flat out awful,and the potion of jump boost, the most expensive level makes you jump 1 block higher for like 30 seconds, that is just a complete waste of time I mean come on, and I can't believe how useless the potions of jump boost 1 makes you jump half a block higher, I mean what advantage does that give you?
slime blocks, for instance, they had great potential as trampolines but all they do is prevent fall damage, and when you jump on them they let you down to lower than where you started. And armor stands have no use but light decoration, same with banners, and I despise the rabbit did I say that already? the only useful thing Jeb has added is the Wither, but then he lets players be able to defeat it without even touching it, like this method with iron golems ,stuff like that which notch made sure to prevent with the Enderdragon to be a truly tough boss, people now can take on like 12 Withers at a time and win easily if they're under ground or something, even without external help, when it is above ground, where can't even hit it with a sword, then you're done buddy, I guarantee you that people who have killed 12 at a time underground will still dying and cring, and yet Jeb doesn't pass that up on the way there anywhere anytime that you kill it via any method. I mean Wither farming, seriously nobody respects the Wither anymore, it's so easy to kill if its underground, yet jeb has allowed that to happen.if the Enderdragon could be trapped undergroud or somewhere else, it could be very very very easily be killed much more easily in the witherbut notch prevented that.now with the commands added in the new snapshot, that was finally something that needed to be done, and a wither could help you kill it by hurting itself with its own skull, that lasted first almost 2 years
