What exactly is a designer? I haven't heard of the position before. None of the positions you had applications for seemed right for me, but here's a list of my strengths and other positions that I'm good at.
Plugin Manager - I have extensive plugin knowledge on many plugins, including McMMO which I noticed you said you had. I also know how to use Factions which I'm guessing you'll probably use. I can help you set up configs and set permissions, I'm very familiar with GroupManager if you use that, but I should be able to help you if you use PermissionsEx, bPermissions, or something else, they're all fairly similar. The only reason I didn't apply for developer is because even though I'm learning how to write plugins I can't actually write them quite yet, but I'm working on it.
Helper/Mod/Admin - I'm good at just being general staff also. I've been the owner of a factions server before. I can help players and enforce rules. I don't want to be staff just so I can get items, if you do allow staff to play as normal players when they don't have anything to do I will leave my creative inventory in a chest (if I had it in the first place) and not use commands that default players wouldn't have.
So that's pretty much what I'm good at! I'm a decent builder and can set up sign shops and stuff also, but these are my main skills. I hope you can find a place for me at your server and good luck making one!
