    Why do you want to join our team: This server seems to be very promising in terms of guaranteeing the public to be given what they want in an appropriate manner and amount of time. Judging from what I have witnessed, this server seems to have the great potential of being really communicative with the public via feedback or open blog posts, and this is the type of community I would like to associate myself with. I am very fond with socializing with the general public about almost any topic, and seeing that this might be a great chance to get to know more great and fantastic people, i would love to seize this opportunity!.

    What do you do? : I think this can be summarized in experience, and reasons to choose me:

    I have a HUGE amount of experience with working for servers, primarily in staff management.

    -I have worked for a server known as the TCNetwork as the Head Administrator, managing staff left to right, in charge of disciplinary issues, and making sure everyone got along with each other.

    -I have also worked for SkyDoesMinecraft's pixelmon server called SkyPixelMon. here, I worked as a gym leader, battling players so they can proceed throughout their journey in the server. This experience taught me how to communicate with others on a more professional basis, and has helped increase my vocabulary and communication skills.

    -I was also the Human Resources Manager/Head of Staff for three servers known as the Astrocraft Network, Balcones, and the Fallain Network. I had the same position as I did in the TCNetwork, but I had more of a role in these servers because I worked with using databases and managed employee information, making sure it is accessible by anyone who needs to see it.

    -For experience in the real world, I attended a USC summer seminar for a month on teaching me skills in Human Resources Management, Public Relations (stuff like being a publicist and giving people a good image), and Accounting. This is the one experience that taught me everything I need to know to do my job efficiently, on-time, and correctly.

    -Putting my experience from my seminar into action, I volunteer my time as an Accountant at my local hospital (during the summer and vacations longer than a week).     If two people are fighting in the middle of the server, what would you do?: The first step I would do to approach this situation would be to get to know the situation more by asking several small questions that would assist me in understanding the situation at hand. I would make sure to not appear to side with any particular individual before having all the proof displayed before me. It is only that with enough proof that proves beyond a reasonable doubt a particular outcome of the situation that I will take action towards either punishing or relieving someone. An important key in dealing with fighting individuals is to not antagonize any of the two as it is not you that they are arguing against.

    How active would you (approximately) say to be, if accepted: This honestly depends on my workload, since I have tons of schoolwork to do and have to balance a job on the side.     There are time where I "lighten up". I can be fun to hang around with and talk to.

    If someone is breaking the rules, what do you do?: It honestly depends on what rule they are breaking. I believe that there are certain punishments to be given with different rules.

    But to make things simple, I would start of with a verbal warning. If the player does not listen after that, I would issue a kick as a second warning. If the player still does not listen, I would issue whatever I feel is necessary (mute,ban).

    Are you Up-To-Date with current Minecraft Plugins? Yes, I am up to date with Minecraft Plugins. I have a great knowledge in terms of setting up plugins and server management. I have done this as a favor or two for previous servers I have volunteered my time for in the past.

    Do you have Website Development/Design Experience?: I do not have a lot of website development and design experience from scratch, but I have worked with Enjin for a long time, and I am very experienced with the Enjin system and can work around it to have the website managed and set up, if the server uses Enjin as its prefered system of website hosting.

    Do you have Graphics Design Experience?: Yes I have some graphic design experience. I make YouTube thumbnails for my videos and a few other YouTuber's video thumbnails as well. I am a little rusty as of this moment, as I have not made a video in quite a while, or made a thumbnail, or done any work requiring the use of Adobe Photoshop.

    What experience do you have in building/architectural skills, and please provide previous works of builds that you have worked on: Unfortunately, I have not worked on any servers professionally as an official builder, but I have volunteered my time on other servers building. I do not have any photos of the builds I have made for other servers, and I apologize for that.

    One aspect that I believe would help me be a great builder is the fact that in my school, I am currently taking a class called "Advanced Placement Art History".

    I am sorry, but I have to agree with both Elmosisko and 10Andrew here. Having random players apply from PlanetMinectaft is a little redundant.
    It is basically the same as taking in random people off of the streets to come help you build a house that costs you a lot of money to make, for example.
    It would be more wise to take in players that you know are trustworthy such as some of your guests on your server to be on the staff team. That way you know if they are a dedicated player or not, and you can trust them since you watch over them all the time.

    If you hire random people from PMC, it is more likely to find untrustworthy players and have the whole process repeat again of firing and hiring. It is just so redundant.

I believe that a ban for a certain amount of time is the most suited punishment for this accusation because it is a very serious matter to take some item or entity that another person has worked for and put the time and effort into earning said item, and having it taken away can lead to very complicated issues and situations, and having a ban in place will let everyone know that we take this very seriously.


    What is an acceptable punishment for cursing, spamming, and inappropriate messages? I believe that a mute for a certain amount of time is the most suited punishment for this accusation because it is enough to show that we mean business when we say that swearing and spamming is not tolerated on this server.

    -I have also worked for SkyDoesMinecraft's pixelmon server called SkyPixelMon. here, I worked as a gym leader, battling players so they can proceed throughout their journey in the server. This experience taught me how to communicate with others on a more professional basis, and has helped increase my vocabulary and communication skills.

    -I was also the Human Resources Manager/Head of Staff for three servers known as the Astrocraft Network, Balcones, and the Fallain Network. I had the same position as I did in the TCNetwork, but I had more of a role in these servers because I worked with using databases and managed employee information, making sure it is accessible by anyone who needs to see it.

    -For experience in the real world, I attended a USC summer seminar for a month on teaching me skills in Human Resources Management, Public Relations (stuff like being a publicist and giving people a good image), and Accounting. This is the one experience that taught me everything I need to know to do my job efficiently, on-time, and correctly.

    -Putting my experience from my seminar into action, I volunteer my time as an Accountant at my local hospital (during the summer and vacations longer than a week). I manage customer information and present reports to my boss whenever he needs a phone number, insurance information, etc.

    Why should we choose you?: You should choose me because I enjoy working and am a "workaholic", if you will. It is somewhat of an addiction for me. I enjoy Minecraft and enjoy working for people, especially on Minecraft servers. It always gives me a thrill, and working on servers helps me better myself in my communication skills, management skills, and how to be a better person in general. Applying these motifs on this server will help the server out because I am a dedicated person who would be more than happy to contribute whatever I can towards making the server a better place for everyone.

    Any extra notes?: I know I am somewhat out of line for saying this, but I feel that I am well fitted as a Staff Manager/Human resources Manager because I want to practice the skills I have learned into the real world. I feel that this is the place to apply my knowledge of how to run a business and a staff team to prepare me for a future career in Human Resources Management.

    Position Applying For: I wish to apply for one of two positions actually.
    The first I wish to be accepted for (If it is available) is to be a Staff Manager/Human Resources Manager/Head of Staff.
    The second is Administrator.

    Reason For Application: Well, I enjoy working. It is somewhat of an addiction for me. I enjoy Minecraft and enjoy working for people, especially on Minecraft servers.     What Makes You Qualified: I have a HUGE amount of experience with working for servers, primarily in staff management.

    Will You Donate: After the Christmas Season is over, I will probably donate because as of now, I am saving money to buy Christmas presents for my family.

    Amount (If Applicable): I would be happy to donate around $5-$10, depending on how much I have to spend at the given time.

    What You Want The Server To Be: I wish for this server to be successful. I want to see this server grow to its full potential by having our staff put in their hardest when it comes to working.
    Content wise, I would like to see Factions, Survival Games, and other various mini-games and game modes.
