EXPERIENCE: I have worked with many prison servers before, I am skilled with plugin management, permissions/ranks and can do anything with redstone including: Colour names above your head, colour names in tab menu, NPC shops, hooking up lights and basic things like that.

I don't know a lot about group manager but I know everything about PermissionsEX, it is the ranks plugin used by The Hive, Hypixel and the Nexus.
