Minecraft/Servers Creating new RP server *help needed

Position Requesting: Admin/Builder (Maybe?)
Past experience if any: I was an admin on multiple faction and raid servers,builder on a few, Co-Owner on a Tekkit server, and I used to own a server myself.
Have you donated: I dont usually give money to servers. By usually I mean never
How long have you been playing Minecraft: since Beta 1.4
Are you good with people: Extremly. I work phones at a supply house so yea, I have some people skills
Do you follow rules unconditionally or do you always find your self Jumping through loopholes: As long as the rules make logical sense (Which most of the time they do) then of course!
Are you judgemental? E.g Racist, homophobic etc: I love people and hate things people do. So no, im not judgmental.

How long can you be on at a time?: I usually get done with work and schoolwork around 5:30, so maybe 8 hours at a time?
Why you want staff: I love Tekkit and I love working with others to make servers and just be helpful and teach others about the wonders of Tekkit and I said and to much xD

Are you good at Pvp?(1-100): I would say around 88? If i have good weapons and armor, I can kill anyone

Have you ever raided other factions in different servers?: I only play on raid servers. So yea

Are you trustworthy?: If we don't get along Ill just leave and thats it. Im not a betrayer

Would you respect other members private chest and items?: If they respect me, Ill respect them.

What would you do the help around the base?: Im great at finding others to raid,building,brewing,planning,and leading

Any other information i should know?: Ive been playing since around 1.4 Beta,am 15,mature,and I dont rage when I lose.

why we should let u join: I LOVE Bleach and Minecraft and would be a nice part of the community i think
good things to contribute to the sever ect. such as spelling well: Ive watched almost all of the Bleach series (Watching it now on Adult Swim ) and im very good at minecrafting (Played since beta 1.6) Building,Exploring,Organizing,etc

Previous Positions on other servers: Co-Owner on one and head builder on about 12 (All of them being tekkit)
What you plan to give to the server: I play on keeping peace between players,build for the server, and just help out others and contribute to the server community
Are you willing to contribute to server costs: Monetarily, no. I don't believe in spending even more money on a game unless its for actual game content.
If yes how much:
How will you make the server better: I see myself as a more than adequate builder and I love being able to help people out with Tekkit and all its complicated arts
How would you get more people to come on the server: Im well respected on a few servers, so I could get people through that means and recommending it to my friends.

Server sucks.
Me: How do I become staff?
Owner: Play a lot LOL!
Me: Oh....Then I'll be back when others are on.
Owner: and by not saying "I'll be back when others are on"
Me: Im not going to sit on a server and wait for other people to get here when I can be actually doing something.
Owner: Well then your not dedicated!
Me: Im not dedicated because I want to waste my time?
*Banned* Message: BITCH PLEASE!

Moral of the story? Owner is immature and on the rag. Server is poorly put together and nobody is online.

Postion: I Love building,raiding,pvp,building,trading,building,pvp,raiding,and leading others and just being helpful and fun to play with . did i mention i like fighting? So i guess i would like to be either a builder or general or something.
Best at: I am a really good builder. I can make skins and texture packs for the faction (If we wanted to get fancy). i am BEST at Raiding and pvp but if we want to be more of a peaceful faction then i can be a builder no problem. i also like iConomy and being a merchant/trader/etc

I hope i can join so i can be apart of your team
