Here's what I recommend. I think it's best if you get something like an FX-6300. It's way cheaper than a a10 6800k, and is only about 100 bucks on Newegg. It also has 2 more cores, and a better cache too. For the mobo, don't get something too expensive, since you are on a budget. Something like this:

The HDD should be larger than 200gb, since you will be recording and making videos, so a WD Blue 500gb will be good for $50. Lastly, the case. Something not to expensive. The Cooler Master N200 is small and only about 50 bucks. It's a bit over budget, but this should be decent. Hope I helped.
