I live in the UK, I know this will affect us too in smaller ways such as American Hosted websites will become taken down but cant websites slowly move to the UK if stuff like this becomes real? I know youtube will take 1 or 2 years to move due to having so much data but it is a possibility.

Lmfao, I didnt even read past the graphics card bit. 1GB of Graphics card for a server, not needed mate. All is needed is Memory in terms of CPU and RAM and decent internet connection. Your grammar astounds me and makes me sick. Tits or gtfo.
