Latiodile: Yep. I've tried toggling that on and off, it doesn't seem to make a difference :/
Amsuko: I've tried that, I've also tried starting from 5fps and bringing it up by 5's. After 30, it all just feels the same. Btw, my monitor is 60Hz.
_benjimaestro: I'm currently using an SSD. I've used my other 500GB HDD and it still happens. (Another weird problem I have is every new HDD or SSD that I put into my computer fails around a few months after I've bought it. I've gone through 2 new HDD's and 1 SSD in the past year about, but that's another problem....)
Aeropulse: I've tried shaders, it just feels worse (even when it says I'm getting 100-120fps sometimes)
Voidacus: Doesn't help for me :(
