Know Mc Plugins very well: Yes I do, I have been a developer on many servers and they have been lifted up higher than I thought, having around 50 players a day.
Can Build: Yes I can, I have been an owner of a server with incredible builds i will provide IP's if you want them.
Serious: I am probably the most mature one applying. I can be funny at times but when it's time to be serious i usually go from a 6 to a 9. Maturity shows that the server players are trying to get more people by being fun, but responsible with everyone playing.
How long have you played MC: I've played for about 2-3 years. I know the basic blocks, crafts and plugin commands.
Ever ran a server: Yes I have, but it shut down in about 4 months. I had just reached around 30-40 players a day. It shut down because I couldn't afford it anymore. I want that experience again. I want that joy when someone new comes to the server and not only plays on the server, but is so excited to start building or mining or pvping. It was so much fun having s server I just want that experience again.

Explain your experience: Okay first off I didn't really know much about servers. I had to watch a lot of YouTube videos in order to make a server. I finally made one and started it up. It was just me for a little bit. I started building and building and then i relized, "Wait, people are going to come on my server." So I decided to build this spawn. I didn't know about plugins yet so I was in survival mode with no world edit. I kept watching videos to learn how to make my server better. I went to the console and found "Plugins". I clicked on it and I was so amazed at what they could do. I started to install and configure all these plugins and get my brain moving. I soon began to release my server once it was ready in a couple of months. I posted it on PlanetMinecraft, servers.org and a bunch of other different sites. I got around 30 players that day. They complimented me and my server once they joined. They loved my server so much. It got around 30-40 players a day. I believe that we can recreate that server. I can do anything that you need me to whether it's recruiting, developing, managing or building or what have you. If you hire me, we will make the best minecraft server there is.
