I've been keeping up with the progress of it for the past year or more and while around the beginning of this year lots of things were saying that the next one would be called Elder Scrolls 6: Tamriel, but in more recent months there have been hints in interviews and production images that seem to point in the direction of it taking place in the Black Marsh the home of the argonians. Likely it'll 2017 before anything is released at the soonest. hope this helps. I just have a lot of things updating me via google updates and the like.
