Previous Minecraft staff experience: I have lots of it. Currently, I am moderator on a fairly large SoupPVP server. (Ip can be PMed if needed.) Before that, I have been Co-Owner, Head-Admin, Admin, and Moderator on multiple servers.
Why you should be an in-game staff member: I should be a staff member because I see the potential, and I think I can bring it out. I see lots of servers like these do well for a month or two, then shut down. I don't want to let this server go down the same road. I have the experience and know-how to make sure players have a fantastic and memorable time on The Globe Network. When players join, I want them to feel welcome and like this is their shelter they can run to to hide from their problems, and just have a good time. I love communities, and I want everyone to love The Globe Network's community most.
What you bring to the network: I bring my positive and friendly attitude that will draw in new players. Also, I bring my skill set (down below) that I think will serve this network well. I can bring in more players, as well.
What makes you better than the others: I am able to stay calm and collected through stressful situations in which others would crack. This might sound slightly offensive and arrogant, but, I would consider myself more mature than most males my age. I mean, I love having fun and joking around with friends, don't get me wrong, but I know how to be serious and stern when it's appropriate. I have a well trained eye that can catch hackers with great accuracy. I will wait until I am 110% sure the player is indeed hacking. Out of the hundreds of bans I have made in my staffing "career" , I would say under 5 were false. I'm a bit off topic, but I wanted to make my point clear. I love to joke, but I don't take kindly to players who are ruining everyone else's fun and enjoyment of the network. I will not play around with rule-breakers, let me make that clear. No one will get "special treatment" from me, even my friends. I treat everyone equal, and I do not tolerate discrimination towards other players.
