Well, I don't think I'm spending $500 just to play Minecraft, not a huge minecraft player either. I'm wondering if it can play the games, I asked. (Check the post) /Thanks
I did check the OP, but I don't have any of those games. So, I gave you benchmarks for games I have.

Isn't it possible to lower the price. Also, is this build able to play the games and if so, what is the fps / quality?
My GTX 660 (EVGA Superclocked Edition) runs Minecraft at well over 350 FPS on max settings, World at War at the game's framerate lock of 92 with max settings, and AC4 at 30 FPS on max settings. Now, mine's paired with an i7-4770K, and this build has an FX-6300, but the AMD CPU here should be more than powerful enough.

Have a look here. If you're willing to spend $83 more, The "Next-gen" Eradicator looks good.
