well my server currently uses auto rank to allow players to progress through the member ranks but here's what I run:

member ranks

- member
- trusted
- VIP [free]

donator ranks

- VIP
- Premium
- Elite

staff ranks

- mod
- admin
- owner
- director

mcpro are really high priced compare to others, therefore I've never given them a go
